Navodaya vidalaya samiti invites application form for PGT & TGT , candidates of different eligibility apply online for the examination. In every state there are different centers for examinations. There are PGT 514 & TGT 423 PGT post are available to fill.The reservation are according to the government law. Upper limit for filling application form is 40 years as on 01/01/2014. Negative marks is applicable for this exam.

Educational Qualification:-
For PGT(Post Graduate Teacher) Candidates should must Possesses Master Degree in their subjects with 50% of marks.
For TGT(Trained Graduate Teacher) Candidates should must Possesses Master Degree in their subjects with 50% of marks.
Exam Pattern:-
Common Paper will be taken for all the above posts. The paper will contain 200 marks and 150 minutes will be given to the candidate. 0.25 Mark will be detected for every wrong answer.
Exam fees:-
560/- (For Gen/obc) Should be deposited in Union Bank of India Branches
No fees will be charged from sc/st/ph and girls .
Important dates:-
Starting of online form submission is 01/02/2014
Last date of online form submission is 03/03/2014
Last date of fees submission is 01/03/2014
Written exam will be taken on 27/04/2014 on different centers of India.
How to apply
At first candidate apply their application through online mode.
After they should submit application fees through Union bank of India branches.
They have no need to send their online generated application form along with fees receipt.
Fees receipt will be taken during the written examination.
